Prepared under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), this notice explains why the personal data you submit through this website is processed, who it is shared with, and what rights you have.

If you complete the contact form on this site, the following data is processed:
Identity and contact data: full name, email address, telephone number (optional), and the organisation you represent (optional).
Transaction data: the area of interest you select (Skytech Air / Green / Water / corporate / other), the content of your message, and the language you submitted it in.
This site collects no personal data unless you submit the form. It does not use cookies or comparable technologies for visitor tracking.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed solely to assess your enquiry, respond to you and prepare a quotation for the service concerned. It is not used for marketing and is never sold.
The legal bases are Article 5(2)(c) of the Law — directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract — and Article 5(2)(f), the legitimate interests of the data controller.
Sharing and international transfer
Form submissions are delivered to Skytech’s corporate mailbox through Resend (Resend, Inc. — United States). Your data is therefore transferred abroad.
Transfers are carried out within the conditions set out in Article 9 of the Law. Your data is not otherwise shared with third parties, except with legally authorised public authorities to the extent required by law.
Method of collection
Data is collected electronically through the contact form on this website, by means that are not wholly automated.
Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your enquiry is being handled and for the limitation periods prescribed by applicable legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request erasure or destruction; request that such actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result reached against you through analysis exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.
